Raquel Lines Wellness
I’m Raquel Lines — a Physical Therapist, Professional Yoga Therapist, and Integrative Lifestyle Medicine practitioner focused on helping high-performing professionals build sustainable performance for work and life.
I earned my Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Baylor University, where I studied preventative medicine, rehabilitation, and health promotion. Over nearly three decades in healthcare, my work gradually expanded beyond movement and injury recovery alone.
Through both professional experience and personal exploration, I became deeply interested in the relationship between stress physiology, nervous system regulation, metabolic health, recovery, and long-term resilience.
That path led me to integrate Western rehabilitative science with mindfulness, breathwork, yoga therapy, movement quality, and lifestyle medicine to create a more holistic and sustainable approach to performance and wellbeing.
Today, my work centers around helping people reduce chronic tension, improve energy stability, build resilience, and create greater capacity through movement, recovery, nervous system regulation, and recovery-based lifestyle systems.
I write the Mountains & Missions newsletter as a reflective space exploring the inner and outer challenges that shape how we live, work, recover, grow, and continue climbing through life.
When I’m not teaching, writing, or consulting, you’ll usually find me outdoors — hiking, exploring, moving, and reconnecting with the same mountains that continue to shape my perspective and philosophy.
