Welcome to Sound, Stars & Stillness: a small-group evening hosted at a private residence. It's a chance to step away from the busyness of life, spend time in nature, and connect with a community of women in a relaxed, intimate setting. We'll begin with a light Mediterranean dinner followed by a Women's Circle centered around a meaningful theme inspired by the season and the mountains we all face. We'll share stories, reflect, laugh, and make space for the kinds of conversations that don't always happen in the middle of our busy lives. As the sun sets and the moon rises, we'll transition outdoors for a floating sound bath beneath the Arizona sky. Relax on a floating mat in the pool or enjoy the experience poolside as gentle sound, intentional breathing, and the beauty of the evening invite you to slow down and simply be present. My hope is that you leave feeling a little lighter, more grounded, and perhaps with a new perspective to carry with you into your own life. Come with a friend or come on your own. Either way, you'll be among women gathering for a beautiful evening of connection, reflection, and restoration. What to Expect: You don't need to get wet to enjoy this experience. Wear whatever feels comfortable. You can step directly onto a floating mat from the pool steps with assistance if needed, or relax poolside. If you'd like to cool off in the water before floating, bring a swimsuit and towel. The choice is entirely yours.
